Welcome to 'Rails Around Welwyn'. This gallery mainly features the railway scene present & past on the GN line in the Welwyn, Hertfordshire area.
Images are now mainly based in annual collections for the individual Train Operating Companies (TOCs).
New additions normally appear in the 'Latest Images 2010'' temporary collection for a few days before transfer to a relevant collection. Image nos are now shown in brackets after the caption details.
Visitors can post (polite) comments under individual images. Where possible please quote the Image no (from caption). Comments left will not automatically appear on the site.
